  1. All vouchers will be given a voucher code, which would be displayed on your receipt after checkout.
  2. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. Vouchers are not to be resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account
  4. All vouchers must be redeemed at our website www.twootz.com using the code that has been designated with your order
  5. Vouchers can't be used for orders already placed with us.
  6. Vouchers can only be used for orders to the UK mainland at this time.
  7. Terms and Conditions regarding Voucher Validity are contained on/with each voucher confirmation.
  8. Vouchers can only be used on the product price and delivery cost, and cannot be used for other gift vouchers.
  9. If the voucher is worth more than the order (exc. gift vouchers), the difference will not be refunded and cannot be applied to a future order; therefore if you do not use the entire voucher amount, the difference will be lost.
  10. Twootz Ltd is not to be held responsible if a printed voucher is lost and used without permission.
