Suet Pellets With Fruit

Received on time and no problems. I mixed fruit and berry pellets together and birds, especially starlings, seem to love them.

The blackbirds have been having withdrawal symptoms for these pellets because I'd left it late before ordering so the existing stock ran out. It didn't take them long to spot that they had reappeared on the bird table.

Ref.: TZ64FA7B3B80F93 The boxes that you sent me which was 4 boxes, 2 taped up together twice!!! Do you realise that what you are doing is extremely dangerous!!!!! These boxes MUST be separated and NOT taped up together to make one!!!! It is extremely DANGEROUS for the customer and the delivery person!!!!! It was that bad i left them in my passage way for a good 2 weeks as i couldn't bear to have to shift them in to my shed!!! I just shifted them now whilst pulling my back out and extremely out of breath!!! This has made me very ill!!!!! the fat balls box ended up with a big load of crumbs all over my floor!!!!! If I'm struggling in my 40's then how the hell are old age pensioners coping with this nonsense unpackaging taped up boxes!!! If this is about greed of the delivery postage, then i urge you to sort this out quickly as the entire unboxing is complete torture and extremely dangerous!!!!! What a horrific experience!!!!! And mess all over my carpets all over my house because no plastic bag to contain the fat balls!!! Just loose in the box full of crumbs!!! THIS IS PUTTING ME OFF ORDERING AGAIN FROM YOU IN THE FUTURE NOW!!!!!

I’ve got to say, this is the best site I’ve ever been on, the cheapest in the UK as far as I know, with sites saying the cheapest in the UK and their NOT. The birds love the suet pellets, the fruity, the berry, they love the lot. The crows, robins, black birds, jays, the mouse and we got a rat, they like the pellets to, the wife and I do our daily walk up the park and all the wild life I mentioned is what we see, it’s a pleasure to see them all during these dark times with Covid all about the place, it’s never ending, by the way, we call the crow Russell and the rat Roland, he got white paws.

Good quality as usual and perfect for feeding in winter to keep the birds warm. Pleased the bags have been changed to the sealed bags which will keep them fresh until they are ready to be opened

Although I ordered four different flavours all four boxes were the same (berry). Also the quality was not as good as it normally is as there were a lot of crushed pellets. Not sure why the quality was not as good as it normally is. The birds still loved the product but a fair bit got wasted as it was just dust.

Will mix a few with the Berry Suet Pellets, our wild birds love the variety, we have so many species visiting amazingly they all take it in turns, Sparrows first, then Thrushes, next Magpies, then Blue tits, you could spend all day watching. These are extremely good value for money

seem to attract the whole range of our garden birds, whether in feeders or when you land on the ground. Whether they notice the difference I know not - when its cold wet and windy they flock round and plainly hope more when containers empty.

These smell very much like an apple pie. A very pleasant aroma. Only just put some out for the birds so early days yet however the birds have cleared one of their tables in a day so I guess they enjoy them.

These Berry Suet Pellets are very good quality and came well packaged. The birds absolutely love them and they didnt last long. They are also a firm favourite with hedgehogs that come to the garden. Great Stuff

Magpies are partial to these as are starlings band we have had 100s of baby starlings in the last few months. They soon start to smell sour though and boxes are far too heavy to carry which is extremely bad for the courier and customer. Please stop taping (over zealously) two 12.5kg boxes together just to save on postage!!!!!

I usually order the mealworm and insect pellets, but due to low stocks, and a danger that the birds were going to eat me out of house and home, I offered to take whatever was in stock - I ended up with fruit pellets. These are of the same high quality as my usual pellets and are disappearing just as fast - possibly even faster. These will definitely be back on the shopping list.

For Twootz: One minor issue is that I have found several bits of broken, translucent plastic among the pellets - not sure if part of the processing machinery has broken or whether the plastic has found its way in from elsewhere.

I am hoping that the birds (which are very few in my new home) will be attracted by these suet pellets. The many birds at my last home loved them. I wish, and so does the courier, that the boxes were not taped together. This amount (25kg) is a ridiculous amount to expect people to carry.

Went on holiday for 10 days. Came back to the feeling the birds that crowded the bird table before had found some place new to feed. However after a few hours of putting out the fruity suet pellets, they were all back looking as though they had all got off the same bus!!!! Now that they are being fed regular with these suet pellets, all kinds of birds have taken to waiting on the fence first thing in the morning waiting on their breakfast - they can't get enough. Price compared to Pets at Home is unbelievable. For one tub costing £12.50 at Pets At Home, I can fill 4 and half of the same tubs for £14.99 buying at Twootz. Well done Twootz - same good products but at greater savings. Will not be going anywhere else for my supplies

These fruity suet pellets are loved by all birds, squirrels and foxes. They come in a very strong bag and well packed. I have 2 feeders which are always empty by end of day.
They don't smell nasty, are not sticky and do not arrive as lots powder at bottom of bagas some I have had did.

Twootz said that the suet pellets are small (which I could not find anywhere else) and indeed they are. Exactly what I wanted for my bird feeder. The birdies love them! I can't fault this company in terms of customer service and product description. Just superb.

These pallets are a very good quality and do not fall to pieces very easily. The birds absolutely love them and I mix them in with the friuty seed mix I have just bought and I said before the birds are going completely crazy for them! Another item I would highly recommend and will buy again.

I wish they came in smaller bags for the large bulk buy amounts as they are really heavy to lift. Also why are the 12.5kg boxes taped together and always upside down so product falls out? Far too much packing tape and not enough packing for actual product as in a flimsy bag that can't sustain the weight. Otherwise great product that birds love.
