Very good. Fast delivery. Regular buyer. The only issue in recent times was with courier who had smashed the boxes . They had burst open and of course crushed the fat balls. Customer Services at Twootz were swift to deal with this and replaced them. Customer Services at Twootz are excellent as are the products and the prices. The trouble is the more I buy the more I buy! At my feeders it is a bit like two days before Christmas in a major supermarket. Manic but with word going round that all the food is free! Hence yet another order put in............

Amazingly only two broken fat balls out of 25kg so well done Twootz and carrier, good quality, the birds only like them at one of my feeding stations, but they do get through a lot, my other two feeding stations are a long way away, they prefer the cream coloured fat balls that have a small amount of seed.

These are full of things the birds adore,but expensive,so have to limit how many I give them,or they would eat a whole box in a day!

Very good quality fat balls and bigger than most available. They arrived while I was out taking the dog for her walk, came back to see hubby and delivery man had stacked the 2 boxes of fat balls on the bottom of the trolley with 4 boxes (50kg) of utterly buttery paste on top of them, bottom box of the fat balls looked quite broken up so was extremely surprised when I opened the box only about 5 of the fat balls were broken, better than last time when both boxes of fat balls were badly damaged. Birds continue to eat these and I have now put up another cage (squirrel proof) where they feed, having to fill up throughout the day with an average 8-10 fat balls, so they won't last very long, birds now getting over the rush to feed chicks so hoping they last a little longer than last months.

The birds love this product but unfortunately, it has too many half peanuts and shelled sunflower seeds in it so the feral pigeons tend to benefit from them. If they contained kibbled peanuts and sunflower hearts, it would be better.

Nice fat balls, only problem was the state of them on delivery, the two boxes of the fat balls was dire, both boxes taped together and they were delivered on the side of the boxes. the 'top' box I found 43 fragments not resembling anything like a fat ball, I had 28 partial fat balls mostly half or less, I didn't count the bottom box of the two, but they were much worse since the box was definitely squashed, I used that one first as I separate the boxes for weight reasons to move into my bird feeding shed, so the top box was put on the shelf first. I have now used all the fat balls which were delivered 9 days ago, I'm sure if they had been whole they would have lasted longer, the mass of debris I had was mixed in with the pheasant food so it didn't go to waste, I'm hoping my next order will arrive in a better condition since after spending £157 for 9 days feeding the yearly 200+ of starlings coming here is getting a little extreme when your order doesn't arrive in one piece. The startlings have also devoured 24 kilo of mealworms in the same 9 days, and that is only filling up the feeders 4/5 times in a day.

The woodpecker and the Tit family all come to these fats balls, at a different feeding station the starlings seem to enjoy them, so all good. My last order came a bit damaged where the bottom box that had collapsed and split open due to transit and or weight of the box on top that was taped to it making one parcel, had about 10 fat balls in bits, just put them on my feeding station so they wasn't wasted.

These are extremely,the birds flock to them and I have to refill my feeders very often. They are much better than the cheaper ones sold by Twootz which the birds hated and wouldn't try, I had to throw them away as they rotted.

I understand from contacting customer services that you had supplier issues, but you should at least put a note on the product page to advise of delays, so customers are aware when placing an order.

I am still waiting for the alternative order I placed a week ago as an interim measure whilst waiting for these to be delivered.

Good fat balls, normally order through Amazon and won't bother through the website again. Ordered Monday and still no idea when they will be dispatched or delivered, it's now Friday. Said next day delivery, invoice said 2-3 days. Are they walking it round to me?

These are the best fat balls on the market. Such a good product at this time of year so good for the little birds survival. Birds get through them as fast as I put them out. Ordering again now. Best Fatballs out there

These fat balls are the best I have found anywhere and the price is very competetive. The birds and the squirels cannot get enough of them and are not prepared to accept anything cheaper even in these hard times.

If there was a category above Very Good, I would be ticking that. The Birds just love these and flock to them as soon as I put them out. So many different birds, it is a pleasure to see.

The fats balls arrived in perfect order not one damaged in the two boxes, slow pick up from the birds at the moment, but think once they get used to them they will start to use them a bit more, perhaps I should move them away from where I hang the Utterly butter peanut paste, they like that in the jars.

Once again, the starlings especially absolutely love these fat balls and can't get enough of the suet part. The rest is quickly vacuumed up by the pigeons. The occasional blue tit also eat them including the peanuts.

Our garden songbirds refuse to queue up for these suet balls. It becomes a free-for-all once they notice that the feeders have been replenished and they immediately announce this to their fellow species with various tweets and chirps. Happy all round.

I have bought different fat balls from other places, that are hard and feel like chalk, the birds mostly ignored them.
These however, I normally buy 2 boxes equating to 300 approx balls, they are great for feeders but soft enough to crumble in trays, so all types of birds can benefit from these.
If I was doing the great british garden birdwatch, I'd have trouble counting the birds in my garden with.these and other Twootz products. A winner.

these have become too expensive,so have switched to Twootz standard fat balls.Seem to be just as popular with birds and dont break up so much.

Seems Twootz has problems with supplier but my issues was soon sorted by customer services, and the birds go mad for these

Twootz ultimate fat balls are great quality. I tried putting the standard twootz fat balls in with the ultimate ones and the standard ones are just being left. High energy and soft. Great for baby birds

These really are the best. I had to wait longer for this delivery, but it was well worth waiting for. The fat balls are moist and you can crush them in your hand for tray feeders for the little birds, or leave them whole for the fat ball feeders for other birds.
I placed a second order for another 300, so I have enough to keep me going, the birds love these. Don't waste your money on these hard solid fat balls, my birds won't eat them.

Simply the BEST fatballs I have ever bought! I've been orering this brand for a long time now.

ALL birds love them - Parakeets, Tits, Finches. Starlings (ofc!), Jays, Roblins, BlackCaps, Nuthatches, Greater Spotted Woodpeckers and so on!

The balls are fairly soft and east to crumble over a feeding tray which makes them extra versatile in their use. No more do I see birds struggling to chip bits off a hard fatball!!

The ultimate fat balls are definately favoured in my garden over the original. I will definitely be keeping a regular supply of these. They come loose in a cardboard box but nearly all were whole.

Order arrived in time on the 10th day. I purchased the special offer of ultimate and standard balls this time. I usually buy just the ultimate, which the birds love, but the price has been steadily going up and I find that there are so many sunflower seeds in them now. Wondering if the recipe has changed as they never seemed to be a problem before, but none of the birds are eating the sunflower seeds. I have a healthy community of Sparrows in the garden and they are very playful with their food and there have been sunflowers popping up everywhere all through the summer! I can definitely confirm that they are extremely tolerant of drought and high temperatures, germinating very quickly. Good to know!!!

Thought we would try these as on special and was pleased with them. They look good and although a little crumbly not as bad as others had reviewed.

These are very popular with all the species of birds that visit my wildlife areas on my allotments. The quality is excellent too.

Again these fat balls were very disappointing as they are very soft and therefore break up when handling so producing a lot of waste. I was even more disappointed that as I was stocking up on these I had placed two orders.

Sadly disappointed with these fat balls, they are very crumbly and disintegrate when handled so there was a lot of broken ones when received.

These ultimate fat balls are softer, therefore more crumbly than the original fat balls. Quite a few broken up in transit. I doubt if we will buy these again, but stick to the original type.

Like these fat balls, only issue is the whole sunflower seeds, the birds just leave these so get a pile of them under the feeders, some have germinated so growing my own sunflowers lol.

Waited four weeks for delivery. No reply to emails or online chat.
When they finally arrived the box was split on two sides (not strong enough to carry the weight) &;about a third are just broken pieces.
Not at all happy with the whole experience & will not be buying from here again. Sadly, a very unhappy customer.

These are the best Fat Balls ever, they are very soft and there is never any left in feeders. All the birds love them, even the Foxes and Hedgehogs on the ground feeder.

So yes recommend these, although some people like the harder ones more.
