arrived with poly bag hanging out of box; looked like something elephantine had been sitting on the box. But fortunately pellets fine.

Good quality but the birds (mostly house sparrows) don't seem to enjoy it as much as the other suet pellets. Maybe they are just getting used to it - time will tell.

Always been happy with the suet pellets and am finding now that they are disintegrating leaving part pellets and powdered suet. I could put up with a small amount of powder but unfortunately it's more and clogging up my feeders.

all good as usual ,no problem except delivery person must have just dropped parcel at gates and left as we were indoors listening for bell to ring -understand delivery is probably on tight schedule and the double packs of SUET PELLOTS =25kg are heavy, but dropping them causes cardboard boxes TO BREAK AND SPLIT OPEN . Thereby making it even harder for the paying customer to then retrieve it to the conservatory .

I always get the nutty and insect suet pellets as the birds seem to like these the best. To be honest they seem to like most of the suet pellets and I see them flying off with one of them in their mouths to eat it somewhere safe in the trees.

Although I ordered four different flavours all four boxes were the same (berry). Also the quality was not as good as it normally is as there were a lot of crushed pellets. Not sure why the quality was not as good as it normally is. The birds still loved the product but a fair bit got wasted as it was just dust.

these are currently top of the menu list in my garden. Currently there are even two Jackdaws that prefer to struggle to get these out of the feeders rather than take the far easier to reach fat balls!

As with everything I have purchased from Twootz, excellent quality, swift delivery and a very competitive price. I decant the sackful into saved-up milk bottles once opened, this makes for easier storage and topping up the feeders is simple and quick. Perhaps as well as there is usually a feathered queue perched not far away!

First day trying this as its a new product for the birds - they seem a little suspicious but after a few tastes are accepting the new pellets - but not quite as enthusiastically as the mealworm ones that i have given them before - i am thinking they might need a couple of days to get used to the nutty version!

I have to say that I am so glad at last that Twootz has listened to us and changed their 'open bag' policy of not sealing the cellophane bag of the fat pellets so they all dropped out when the box was opened but now my latest purchase was contained within a hardy thicker cellophane bag which is sewn up at the end like they used to be so WELL DONE Twootz!!! The peanut fat pellets arrived in tip top fashion because of there being less to 'juggle around'. The sparrows, blue tits plus the starlings love these peanut pellets (not to mention those pesky pigeons of course) and I have to fill the feeder up for the second time today as they have eaten most of it. As expected nowadays the delivery time was a little late but when Joey was contacted he must have chased up the courier as they then came a couple of days earlier so well done again Joey.

It's not only the birds that like these, one of the local cats has taken to cleaning up those that fall to the ground! Saves them going after the birds...

I ordered these in mistake for another type of suet pellet but it made no difference to the garden birds - they were scoffed as quickly as usual!

Putting this in the feeders seems to have brought the starlings back in force - gone from 1 feeder full a day to 3 or more a day!

However I'm not happy with the new size/shape of the boxers as the product doesn't fit neatly into the box (as it did with the older style boxes) The result is that the product often spills out into the box and also as there is more room for the product to move around more gets crushed resulting in more "dust" and damaged pellets.

I mix these with the other varietes of suet pellets and they disappear as soon as they go on the bird tables.

Nutty suet pellets received and they appear to equal the quality of the berry pellets, I will mix them up and try them out this weekend.

I was waiting for these nutty suet pellets to come back in as the birds love their nutty taste so snapped these up to add to their other Twootz feed - the kitchen is taken over with boxes of 12.5 kg different pellets that you offer each time so had to have them with a further berry 12.5 kg box to get my cheaper price - it is worth it as the birds love both of these so much. Shame no matter how many times I ask their cellophane bags be secured each time so they don't all fall out into the box as they arrive upside down, it is still arrives the same. Bring back their hessian sacks they used to use! Never mind, I will put up with it as I do like Twootz over and above others as great prices.

The birds live the pellets and this us the third year that we gave gad a pair of Mallard ducks appear in the garden and they enjoy the pellets to.

Was glad to see that Twootz had opened up for orders again on Wednesday, as the birds in our garden were beginning to bang on our windows and hold placards up, stating 'where's our pellets and peanut butter'.

Whether it is our birds are fussy, they do not like another brand that begins with 'B' pellets which are just left in the feededs.......but with Dawn Chorus ones, they have the tits, sparrows and starlings vying for best positions, all day.

Dawn Chorus pellets in our opinion are the best.

As usual, the birds love them, particularly the starlings - they are not fussy about the flavour, just prefer the pellets and fat balls to anything else. So much so, they won't eat the seed based feeds put out along side the pellets and fat balls.

The wild birds have literally gone wild for these suet pellets! They are always good quality sticks and not powdery like some brands can be. I have purchased these before and will definitely be buying more in the future.

I ordered sunflower heart suet pallets , but they were out of stock , so I need to change to nutty pellets , just because the birds were waiting for some food.And they love them , so I'm quite happy with the change I made .

Only down side is that the 25kg of these pellets came in 2 boxes which came taped together rather than 2 individual boxes which makes it very heavy - even the delivery guy moaned about the weight. Otherwise another excellent product for a competitive price.

I have been buying these suet pellets for two years or more now. They are excellent value for money and the birds love them.

My only complaint is that I usually buy 2 x 12.5kg boxes at a time. When delivered, the two cardboard boxes have been taped together making for a very heavy (4.5 stone + ) package with which I struggle .. I am 71 and have a bad back .. I suspect that many of the delivery drivers will end up with with a similar condition in the long run if they have to handle these packages on a regular basis.

In addition, it takes me an age to remove the packaging tape in order to recycle the cardboard.

I would like to say that I found the product and service good but sadly I can't. The bag containg the suet pellets was not closed inside the box in which they were sent. When I lifted the box to take it indoors a large quantity of the pellets fell out from the open bag through a hole in the box onto the damp ground. Some of the pellets left in the bag were harder than expected. Despite leaving a message about my concerns no one has contacted me. Not good customer service !

With winter approaching, I ordered Nutty Suet Pellets for the first time, as well as the usual seed mix for my regular bird visitors.

I put a layer of the Nutty Pellets on top of the Peanuts ina hanging feeder to see which the little birds would prefer and they've polished off all the Pellets in no time. They'll need the extra calories when the weather gets colder: all we bird lovers can do is give them the best possible chance of survival with food, water and shelter.

Got these for a change from the mealworm suet pellets. A scoop full goes in about 30 seconds. Now I order 12.5 mealworm and 12.5 nutty suet pellets. It's easier to order 25kg in one order. Not sure the delivery driver would agree though lol.

I'd never bought these before as I have always had either the insect ones or the berry suet pellets. I will definitely get them again, they were really good value and the birds couldn't eat them quickly enough.
